They act like they're from Windows Live, but they are not.
I had just received this mail and I nearly got scammed.
Now the Windows Live Hotmail doesn't show the senders' email address if you don't click the drop-down bar and they took advantage of that. This scam mail links you to another site that asks you to log-in into your account to confirm your recent change in your personal details. That's bullshit lol. It is trying to steal your information. Just be careful.
